Je suis <strong data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"325\">clinicienne en EMDR<\/strong>, une th\u00e9rapie sp\u00e9cifique pour le traitement du <strong data-start=\"373\" data-end=\"431\">trauma (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)<\/strong>, ainsi que <strong data-start=\"443\" data-end=\"504\">sp\u00e9cialiste en Parentalit\u00e9 \u00c9cologique et Syst\u00e8mes Humains<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"679\">Mon parcours professionnel s\u2019est enrichi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <strong data-start=\"561\" data-end=\"583\">curiosit\u00e9 profonde<\/strong> que j\u2019ai toujours ressentie pour <strong data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"676\">la nature humaine, la conscience en expansion et la vie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"1205\">D\u00e8s mon enfance, j\u2019ai v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences qui ont laiss\u00e9 une <strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"765\">empreinte profonde<\/strong> dans mon c\u0153ur, en exp\u00e9rimentant un <strong data-start=\"801\" data-end=\"833\">contact total avec la nature<\/strong> lors de mes s\u00e9jours dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat d\u2019Oaxaca, accompagn\u00e9e de mon p\u00e8re, ma m\u00e8re et mes grands-parents maternels et paternels. <strong data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1068\">Passer des nuits devant le feu, nager dans le golfe du Mexique ou marcher en silence dans la montagne la nuit<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 des moments qui m\u2019ont permis de <strong data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1163\">ressentir une connexion pure avec l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale<\/strong>, que Wilhelm Reich appelait <strong data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1202\">orgone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1727\">Mon engagement est <strong data-start=\"1226\" data-end=\"1263\">directement li\u00e9 \u00e0 ces exp\u00e9riences<\/strong>, car je crois que <strong data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1336\">notre nature est expansive, sauvage, non cuirass\u00e9e<\/strong> et tend \u00e0 <strong data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1398\">l\u2019expression authentique et v\u00e9ritable de l\u2019\u00eatre<\/strong>, qui pulse dans chacune de nos cellules. Avec plus ou moins de chemin parcouru, nous, en tant qu\u2019\u00eatres humains conditionn\u00e9s par <strong data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1577\">notre histoire et notre contexte socioculturel<\/strong>, avons progressivement <strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1650\">perdu le contact avec notre v\u00e9ritable essence<\/strong>, qui est toujours orient\u00e9e vers <strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1724\">l\u2019amour, la coop\u00e9ration et la libert\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1729\" data-end=\"2290\">Je ressens que <strong data-start=\"1744\" data-end=\"1768\">tout mon cheminement<\/strong> m\u2019a men\u00e9e dans une <strong data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1829\">spirale de reconnexion \u00e0 mes origines<\/strong>, int\u00e9grant <strong data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1875\">tout le corps de connaissances<\/strong> que j\u2019ai acquis \u00e0 travers ma formation en <strong data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"2036\">V\u00e9g\u00e9toth\u00e9rapie Caract\u00e9ro-Analytique, Trauma Simple et Complexe, Dissociation et \u00c9tats de Conscience Non Ordinaires<\/strong>, ainsi que les <strong data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2074\">savoirs ancestraux<\/strong> qui m\u2019ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis et h\u00e9rit\u00e9s. Je crois fermement que <strong data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2199\">retrouver notre connexion avec l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale et avec la vie<\/strong> nous permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un <strong data-start=\"2227\" data-end=\"2287\">\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00eatre plus \u00e9panoui, l\u00e9ger et complet dans ce monde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2753\">Le <strong data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2324\">r\u00f4le de la psychoth\u00e9rapie<\/strong>, tel que je le con\u00e7ois, est <strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2450\">d\u2019accompagner les processus qui sous-tendent le travail de la conscience et l\u2019histoire de vie<\/strong> \u2013 d\u2019explorer tout ce qui a pu <strong data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2524\">contraindre le syst\u00e8me \u00e0 la contraction<\/strong>, un mouvement oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019<strong data-start=\"2550\" data-end=\"2563\">expansion<\/strong>.
